Toasted French Toast Bagel

1.          In the article entitled "Baking up Variety" by Jen Roth appearing in the April 2013 issue of Snack Food and Wholesale Bakery (available at http://www.snackandbakery.com/articles/86405-baking-up-variety), Gregory Scolieri discussed some of the innovative flavors offered at A&S Bagels.  Here is an excerpt of the article:

2.          Fox 5's Good Day New York and Vanessa Alfano televised their morning show live from A&S Bagels.  Vanessa Alfano, a Features Reporter for Fox 5 took a tour of our retail and baking operations and aired several segments live throughout one morning.  In the first few segments, Vanessa Alfano interviewed Anthony Scolieri about A&S Bagels' history.  While on air, she sampled our French Toast bagel with crumb topping topped with powdered sugar.

The below estimates are generally correct, however, please keep in mind your guests may eat more or less than average. 

1.     How many people does a 6 foot hero feed?  Approximately, 21 to 24 people.

2.     How many people does a 5 foot hero feed?  Approximately, 18 to 21 people.

3.     How many people does a 4 foot hero feed?  Approximately, 15 to 18 people.

4.     How many people does a 3 foot hero feed?  Approximately, 12 to 15 people.

5.     How many people does a party bagel feed? Approximately, 12 to 15 people.

Green Bagels for St. Patricks Day

 

Each and every year, as the tradition goes, we will be baking "Green Bagels" to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.  We also make mini green bagels.  Pick up a dozen or more green bagels and add some joy and happiness to your St. Patrick's Day celebration.

Super Bowl Party Food

Yes, the big game is scheduled for Sunday, February 3, 2013.  We are now taking orders for heroes, party bagels, and mini-bagel platters.  Pictured above is our 6 foot hero.  Try our chicken cutlets on a hero, sure to be a hit at your Super Bowl party.  A&S Bagels is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but please place your order early.  Generally, two days notice is needed for heroes and party bagels.
